Motor boat "Sofia" was until recently a classic in river cruise ships.
On October 17, 1983, the twin passenger ships "Sofia" and "Ruse", built in the shipyard "De Bisbosch", Netherlands, were launched on a platform at sea in the mouth of the Danube River. They are 113 meters long, with over a hundred cabins spread over two decks.

Over the years, the ship "Sofia" has become the emblem of "Danube Tours" for river cruises. Today, it has been completely renovated and modernized to welcome on board citizens of Ruse and the guests of the city in a unique and sophisticated atmosphere.
